Where are your Finnick and Annie gifs from? Are they playing Finnick/Annie?

What do you use to edit/make gifs?
Adobe Photoshop CS5. You can download it here.
What PSDs do you use?/What PSD is this in your edit?
I just mix psds I find on Tumblr! Right now I use the same mixture for nearly all of my pictures, except I tweak some things depending on what I’m editing.
I honestly don’t remember the links for all the psds i mixed for it, sorry! D: But I know this one by ofabeautifulnight is one of them.
If you’re looking for good psds, I recommend drunkandcoloring, rosepsds, and truesoulpsds :)
